Ordering your favorite Cable & Co. Footwear is easy, simply follow the steps below:

1. Browse our online product catalogue & find the footwear you wish to order
2. Click on the product to enlarge the image and get more information
3. Once you're happy select the size and quantity you require then click "Add to cart"
4. Once added, click the "Checkout" button
5. You will need to sign up, so enter your name, contact info and password, then click "Sign Up"
6. Add a delivery address 
7. Lastly you review your order, then click the "Pay now" button on the right of the screen
8. You will be directed to complete your payment
9. You're done! Now just wait for our trusted courier to deliver!

If you are unhappy, changed your mind, need a different size or have received a defective product, you'll have 7 days to request a return, swap or refund.

For any such request, you'll need to supply your order number, the name of the product you are returning, together with a detailed description of the problem. You must also ensure the product is returned in its original packaging. Once your request is received our team will be in contact and arrange the details of the collection, exchange or refund. Please note, refunded orders are liable for the return freight, and this expense would be deducted from the money credited.

To opt out of our emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. If you would like to no longer receive our catalog, please contact us and we can remove you.

In general we recommend the following guidelines for cleaning the footwear:

Cleaning: on a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off as it is hydrophilic.

Drying: open footwear fully, remove the insole and laces and dry at room temperature. Never expose to heat!

Conditioning: recommended treatment depends on construction and materials of the footwear (most treatments do alter color and appearance).
